By accessing or using Pipleads (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service. Pipleads provides tools to collect, manage, and process leads and related data. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate registration information.

Acceptable use. You may not use the Service unlawfully, to send spam, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

Data. You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process personal data you submit.

Disclaimer. The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 5,000 if none.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
