Refunds & Cancellations
Subscriptions & software fees. Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. You may cancel renewal at any time from your account or by contacting support@pipleads.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not delete data immediately unless you request account closure.
Refunds. Unless required by law or explicitly stated on your invoice, fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days with your account email and transaction details; we will review and resolve good-faith disputes.
Payments processed for your customers. When you use Pipleads to sell goods or services to your own customers, refunds and cancellations for those sales are between you and your customer unless we agree otherwise. Pipleads does not control your commercial refund policy.
Chargebacks. We may pass through payment-network chargebacks and fees according to our processor’s rules. Repeated chargeback abuse may lead to suspension of payment features.
Align this policy with how you bill in practice and have it reviewed by counsel if needed.
